My trainer, Daniel, takes the time to get to know you and your individual goals, ensuring that every workout is tailored to your specific needs. Well worthwhile my 5:30am alarm going off!

Ive been at Authentic PT for the last month and have been really enjoying my PT sessions with Daniel. Hes been a great coach and has helped manage my injuries while building strength. Authentic PT also offers classes which have been great exercise between PT sessions. Highly recommend to anyone considering PT!

Very professional and dedicated group. As a sports physio I can highly recommend Tom for his abilities to work with peoples injuries. The same goes for all of Alec's team. The PT sessions and group classes are very enjoyable and social.

Such a motivating, supportive and kind team that are able to give you the tools needed to reach your goals. Daniel always accommodates my erratic availability. I never thought I'd be lifting the weights I can now and probably would not have if it weren't for him!

I've been a member for a year and I'm the healthiest I've been in a long time. My trainer Helen is amazing, she tailors the programs to my goals, holds me accountable, and pushes me while also managing my injuries. Bonus, she makes my workouts fun! The whole team are so experienced and there is a great sense of community. Definitely recommend!
