Working with Loan Market to secure my loan I have found to be an easy transition for what some though was the impossible, especially due to age. They were professional, correspondence was on a regular basis , answered questions I had and guided me through the process. Advice was given when needed and the guidance through this process was smooth & they reassured and clam me when I was feeling over whelmed or did not understand the full procedure.

As a Finance Professional with over a decades experience myself, I can honestly say that there aren't many finance brokers out there like Michael James. His Bella Vista office is a model of finance professionalism and customer service. I'm not going to say that Michael is the absoulte best in the business, but I will say that there isn't anyone better. If you have multi-millions in personal assets and nvestments domociled in complex borrowing structures, do yourself a favour and see Michael. He won't blink at anything you show him and will probably point out a few things that you hadn't thpught of that can save you thousands if not tens of thousands.

Im not usually one to go online doing reviews but when you get good old fashioned service with a bulldog attitude in making sure that as a client i'm not exposed to the usual non-service arrogant attitude from the financial institutions. What i also like is the one contact only and his due diligence that alleviated so much grief . Highly recommend Michael James if you are looking for a service orientated professional.
