I worked with Tao for buying our first home and as every first home buyer does, i asked so many questions on this process. Tao answered all my queries with so much patience. I discussed with him about few properties that we had in our mind to buy and he would straight away give us a good opinion on how much we can get loan from the bank which really helped us to make a decision. The entire process was very smooth and he would let us know about the updates if we had any. If he cant pick up the call he made sure he sends a message or a mail to let us know what we were after. It was amazing to work with Tao. And i can highly recommend Tao for any buying experience in future.

I had another great experience with my broker Cindy Weng at Award Mortgage, she is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire service from start to finish. She answered all queries promptly and worked really hard to get me the best deal for my circumstances. The whole process went so smooth and couldn't ask for a better service. Highly recommend!!

It's an absolute delight working with Cindy Weng in obtaining our property. She takes time to understand her clients and work around the budget as well as the short term and long term goals.
