He helped us work through our finance needs, guided us through the application process and ensured we were up to date at all times through the loan process. Professional and thorough - would give more stars if possible! Arvind took us through the whole way from start to finish, and called to follow up post-refinancing to check in. He also took the time too look out for the best loan packages around and even advised me initially to stick with my existing bank because although there were better interest rates out there, it was not worth the exit cost. Highly recommended.

A service sweeter than any nectar Dealing with Arvind and Nectar Mortgages has been a worrywart's best dream. He was extremely knowledgeable every step of the way, and was always around to hop on the phone and talk through any concerns, no matter how small or insignificant. Will definitely be coming back to him for any future loan-related needs in the future!

Easy stress free and knowledgable Arvind was and still is a pleasure to deal with. He worked hard to get us our loan and gave us sound advice all the way. He is always contactable with any question big or small; as well as any question that you may think is silly but need to ask. Wouldn't have any hesistation on recommending Arvind to help you with your loan needs. Of course it all depends on your own circumstances and what you can borrow. But this man has made a stressful situation easy and straight forward even when i am sure it was not. He has been on our side for a huge amount of time as we started to investigate getting a loan, and then saw us through to the end. We are now in our own home and we owe it to Arvind at nectar. As well as the choice of places he looked into to get our loan. We are very thankful to both.
