        Went in October 2022 for a quote staff were excellent so we Recently went back as our house is now ready to order the carpet however I think there is new staff as the staff seemed confused by questions. We were then quoted incorrectly, when questioning the price given there was a reluctance to explain charges and prices on the quote, then no response I had to chase a corrected quote. After a second attempt I was still incorrectly quoted and price had now inflated by an extra $7 a square meter even though I had the prices written down for me whilst in the shop ! Lost faith, if they cant get a simple quote correct what hope is there for the actual carpet being organised correctly.
