I purchased a rug for my daughter's room last year and was impressed by their large selection of modern styles. Michael was helpful during that sale so we came back again to get a second rug. Just like last time, Michael was very knowledgeable of his range (they might be new to retail, but have been wholesalers to rug stores across Australia for many years). We never felt rushed during the time we were there, and the staff quickly understood our taste and helped find rugs we could short list. This time round they offered to bring our short list of rugs to our home and help move furniture so we could see how it would suit our room (extremely helpful for making the decision easier.) Great price, pleasure to deal with. If we ever need another rug, no doubt we will be back. Thanks again Michael.

Great service and amazing job! We had purchased a woolen rug from this shop and took it back for a deep clean to fix wine and pee stains (from puppy). We thought the rug was ruined but they were able to remove all stains and make it look brand new. We were blown away with the service. We will definitely be buying another rug from here. Great rugs, great price and service A+++

The service at Rugs Wholesale comes highly recommended. My husband and I purchased two rugs over the weekend and could not be happier. We werent sure whether the rugs would look good in our apartment so they kindly allowed us to take the rugs home so we could see how they looked. They were very knowledgeable of all their wide range of rugs and even showed us how to maintain our rugs and the best carpet cleaner to buy when looking after our rugs. Will definitely return in years to come when I need another rug. I have my eye on a tribal one next time. In the meantime, one happy customer! Thank you.
