I would give a zero to the absurd customer service provided by the owner. He yelled, screamed and insulted me and my husband when we went to exchange a rug due to damage but the seller/store person who looked in his 45+ started shouting and pointing fingers at us to leave his store. He abused and said he wont exchange and asked us to go to the court before us even speaking a word to him. We went there to exhange with courtesy but the man did not hear a word and continued abusing and made some false allegations against us. We calmly tried explaining it to him that we need an exchange as we have the right to do so. The abuse went on and we have to come to his level to make him stop. DO NOT VISIT OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AS THE STORE MANAGER is very tempered and you will loose your money if the rug is either defective or not of your choice. Very unstable man who doesn't stick to company policy and no etiquette whatsoever. A strong No .
