The clothes are cute and store is cute but the staff are hideously rude, I had my gym bag on with me when I went into the store and I took two items into the stalls to try on, the curtain didnt fully close but I didnt pay mind because there wasnt a big rush and there was only one staff member on duty. I tried on my stuff and she was waiting for me outside, I was going to ask her about sizes when she accused me of stealing clothes, she went through my entire gym bag, turned it upside down (all while yelling at me) and didnt find the brown item I had put my hand into my bag during the changing process to get out my phone and I believe the brown item she was looking for was my bloody hand. She had peaked through the curtains waited for me and embarrassed me in front of my friend and a whole other family. She did not apologise for the way she accused me and treated me. The member of staff on duty on the 29.10.2021 at 1:37pm should be held accountable for violating customer privacy and treating one with such disrespect.
