        Very rude disrespectful staff took my money across to the other side to H&M instead bought from there. Also shop is so dark, drab depressing!!!! when you walk in.. you will walk straight out.. needs big renovations but i doubt they can afford it the way they speak to customers who would even buy from them.

        I purchased items online that I needed to exchange/refund. I was due to visit Portmans at Macarthur Square to refund items within the 30 day refund period. Unfortunately, I was injured and unable to drive myself to the store. I communicated with Kate and Emily over the phone, and they were very understanding of my situation. In addition, they provided me with relief as I was anxious about the uncertainty of my injury and when I would be able to attend the store. When I eventually got to the store, Rachel was lovely. She completed the refund without any trouble and showed kindness and compassion during a challenging time with my health. I love Portmans clothing and purchase a lot through this company. I appreciate the understanding and am grateful that excellent customer service still exists!
