Went to exchange my daughters shorts she got for Xmas as the sizing wasn't correct and was refused an exchange because it was boxing day. It would have taken 5 minutes of her time just a swap over. We were leaving for holidays that afternoon and she wanted to take them with her. Obviously more concerned on making money then honouring exchanges for items.

Horrible service, I walked in the store and was not greeted or even acknowledged. i was completely ignored. I was browsing looking around the store for a while and tried on some items. I could tell they were watching me the entire time in store. When i was leaving one of the girls ran after me and was yelling sweetie, sweetie can i do a bag check, which i was fine with. She then proceeded to place her hands in my bag and move + touch my belongings. She then looked me up and down like she was still suspicious after finding absolutely nothing in my bag. Your Staff need proper training and should be embarrassed by themselves. I left the store feeling very violated and embarrassed. I will never be returning to this establishment.
