I'm a bit biased because I have relatives who work there but this and the Narellan locations are the cleanest and organised offices I've visited in NSW. Inside & Out. The staff are friendly, often no muck around attitude, and if you can get past that, realise that it's appreciated as they try to inform you of what's in the fine print as many of us don't enjoy reading contracts. They're always busy and on occasion the staff go out of their way for the latecomers. Credits to management and staff - keep up the brilliance

I was sent by NRMA to collect a hire car! The Employee asked me for my card to take a $1 deposit I gave my charged they with held a dollar. No problem I know it's protocol. I had the Car for 3 weeks I was charged on my car for the hire car but this is on my replacement vehicle policy on my claim . I had reported the charge to one of the employees he said yhe finance team will contact me to refund the money I have been waiting 4 days nothing. They had then taken another $1 out of my account again for no reason contacted Sixt again told they are going to contact me. I was then told it's a new system and this has happened to various people. Well if it's a new system and they can't use it stop charging people money for nothing, Im not happy with this service I want my refund back.

The service at the campbelltown branch was just amazing! JC is an absolute asset to sixt, he was so helpful on pick up and again on drop off. So friendly and arranged a last minute pick up on a late afternoon. Thank you JC!
