Hertz Car Rental - Campbelltown Downtown HLE

I wasnt going to leave a review because I had faith head office would be more understanding. Contacted head office in regards to the performance and behaviour of staff at Campbelltown downtown Hertz. Delayed response and no apology for the service we received. They basically just said thanks for the feedback. So this will be the last time we ever use hertz. Shocking customer service not only at the actual locations themselves but from the department handling complaints which is disappointing. I hope someone in Hertz higher up sees this and acknowledges that staff need more training and improvements can be made when handling complaints. I highly doubt my feedback would even be used to improve processes as I can see the amount of negative reviews for this location in particular and it seems no one has fixed that. My experience is listed below. We hired a truck to move and I have hired from here before. We were late but I did ring up to inform them of that. Upon arrival, there was no friendly welcome or greeting. Mohammed hardly spoke and seemed very uninterested in customer interaction. Mohammed did not talk to us about anything. He did not show us how to use the truck which resulted in us wasting 45 mins trying to call back through and figure out why our truck kept going back into manual. He did not show us how to use any features on the truck like the lift. He also did not let us know about any additional costs. I had to ask about tolls and lucky I did because I would not have known there was an unlimited toll package. The worst part was when we came back, we filled up the truck until it started clicking (which means full) and the pin was on full. Mohammed claimed that we under filled it and would need to fill it again. We told him it was clicking and the pin was on full but he ignored us and moved the truck to the petrol tank. How do you tell your customers to fill it to full, if the pin on full isnt even enough to show its full. Mohammed said you need to look into the tank. Im sorry but you want me to inhale diesel fumes that are toxic. The universal rule of a full tank of petrol is the petrol pin designed to indicate the tank is full. He ended up filling it overflowing the opening and we paid and left. We were complaining amongst each other at the counter inside the servo station about it and even the person working there said people always come in there to complain and they have to kindly tell them that they arent connected to Hertz. I wouldnt recommend downtown Campbelltown Hertz, if you want to be ripped off go ahead and treated like a joke then this is the place for you I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately I had to give 1. Absolutely pathetic.

The manager is so so rude and not helpful at all. When things go wrong, she just blames the customer and refuses to fixed. The truck also horrible, seems like never been serviced since. If anyone wants to use their service please make sure you drive around before taking it home. And be aware with the invoice, always over charge with things you didnt ask for.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sent me away on 3 seperate occasions for different things, despite being a not at fault driver they did not care and made the whole process like hell for me to even get a car and do my job
