        Dropped in after work with partner to discuss hire of a large car. We asked if we could inspect the a Kia Carnival which a women took us outside to look at one in the yard. The car must have been recently returned as it was untidy with stains on the rear seat. The lady wasn't very pleasant during inspection of vehicle and made us both feel like we were an inconvenience. Her tone and manner was very dismissive and rude. Decided to go with another business.

        The woman at the front needs to learn some proper manners and how to talk to customers, never seen someone so up themselves working customer service however the Indian bloke was much more nicer and pleasant to talk too.
