        Manager so rude. No eye contact. Rudest person ever. Spoke rudely. Young girl so lovely. Asked for an exchange after we had spent $395. Said it was over a month. Never apologised. Have spent so much money over the years. Worse shopping experience ever. Needs to be severely reprimanded. No point in spending money to promote your name. Would not recommend this store.

        I cannot say more but this store sells beyond satisfactory dresses! Bought 2 dresses for graduation ceremony and Christmas luncheon and so in love with them!

        These people over at the Burwood store must really hate their jobs, went in recently and there were 3 people working that day. Not one of them smiled or acknowledged me. So I left and went back in there again about half an hour later with my daughter and they ignored us once again so I had my daughter try on for size a couple of blazers that I wanted to buy for her and then came home and ordered them online instead. Pathetic, disgraceful and disrespectful service.Will never buy from there again!!!
