I am absolutely disgraced at the incident that occurred between my mother and my Aunty whilst dealing with Salesperson Nadia. Nadia accused them of tampering with the item they were trying to return that had only been purchased two weeks ago. She proclaimed to the whole store you should be lucky Im considering returning it. Nadia had no right to accuse them as she had no idea that this actually occurred. Then the incident took an even worse turn and she started yelling and saying get out of my store. You are so rude, and have been rude to my staff. Then loudly said to the other staff call the concierge now. My Aunty being startled at this asked the other staff have I been rude to you. Both just stood so shocked like they were afraid to answer. As my Aunty and mother are both extremely intelligent and kind natured people that were so shocked and just left humiliated. My mothers blood pressure went up and was so dizzy at the embarrassment and had to sit down to regain her balance. There was no empathy showed from any of the staff at Sheike today. This will be taken further and head office will be contacted.

I came in for a last min shopping almost at 6pm, Nadia was being so helpful and lovely, offering all the help she can to make sure Im well taken care of, I used to be on a retail industry and not much people would do extra mile but she can. Very happy and I got more than what I was planning for hahahaha

Good Evening I visited sheike today and the lady who served me had lovely manners. She went out of her way to help me look for a top to match a skirt for a upcoming birthday. She was so polite to me and other customers. This has been the best service.

Had a terrible experience!!! Went there to return a dress that i bought 3 days ago. The staff named Nadia declined to return the dress and started making false allegations to not return. She is a racist lady. And told me in front of other customers and staff that the dress smells like an Indian curry. If you dont want to return just dont but you cant pass racist comments. You work in retail and your job is literally to serve your best to customers and not just standing there watching people on their color. Will never go there
