Anh Nguyen provided superb first class customer service at the Commonwealth Bank Broadway. At this time towards the end of financial year when I needed a few extra things ready for my accountant. this chap listened, acted with attentiveness and within a very short time frame had all the documents I needed, Anh gave absolutely outstanding customer service, if I was in the head office at the commonwealth bank, I would be flagging this chap for a long and prosperous career within the bank,... you can teach systems, but you can-not teach this high level aptitude. What a shame I can only award 5 stars! So I award a 100% customer service score.

A certain Angel from the call center hanged up on my face without fixing my issue. This bank needs to sweep dirt otherwise you are going down sooner.
