After the initial issues of not being able to get in contact with WIG to get an appointment, once booked in the service was flawless. I was added to a a cancellation list and received a call to offer an earlier appointment. The staff on the day were efficient, informative and polite. I was in and out in no time. Images came via text within days. I emailed them to ask if there is someway to give access to a non referring specialist and I promptly received a phone call with advise on how to do so. My only feedback would be to provide better resources for those struggling with English. There was a gentleman there at the same time as me. The staff were so patient and polite with him and were trying so hard to communicate with him. I just wonder if there should be some way to assist the staff and patients. Maybe even diagrams in the change rooms or what to remove and what not to remove. If people are anxious it can make it very hard to absorb all of the instructions.

Very disappointed with my daughters MRI appointment today. She came home so upset from her appointment from being spoken to by reception with attitude and disregard that she was already anxious. To then be taken in and again disregarded by staff to her being nervous and abruptly spoken to and not once advised on anything about what was about to happen or how long it would take etc. To which she was literally crying through half the procedure. Absolutely disgusting manner from a supposedly medical profession there to help.. will never use this facility again for mri procedure.
