        Rude staff very bad behaviour with patient. They don't know how to deal with the patients. LISA is the lady in pacific medical centre she is very arrogant and rude. Please avoid this .

        Blacktown Lumus imaging: Excellent customer service. Elizabeth at the front desk is a champion. She is kind, caring and more importantly has lots of patience. I went with my father who is vision impaired and has very limited mobility but staff from Lumus (Shirley, Elizabeth) has made our visit so easy. I am thankful and grateful for their kindness.

        Horrifically inaccurate evaluation and report regarding an injury. Even the doctors at pacific medical centre recommended to not go here, and to instead go to MD imaging .
