        Super rude, The one is Blacktow, I couldn't believe how rude the lady was over the phone. The staff inside (one is Marsden park) duper amazing. When you listen to the voice prompt, it says the best, when a girl pick up the phone, you don't want to go there. Can't write anymore than that. If your doctor ask to go Western Imaging, request for alternative.

        The practice was pretty busy upon arrival but it seemed like everything was running on time and I was seen immediately per my appointment time. I saw Dr Kariappa and she was lovely! She answered all my questions so clearly, clarified anything I was unsure about, and made me feel so comfortable the whole time. :)

        I did previously have a different review on this practice but after speaking to a lovely lady at western imaging I change my opinion. You guys do your best and that is what matters.

        Didn't have to wait long for appointment. Doctor explained in detail what she was going to do. Made me feel at ease.

        They say bulk billing but they lied , I wanted an mri for pelvic but they ask for 830$ to be paid by me. Very bad marketing tactic.
