It is Supreme warehouse in Auburn. Really a waste of time ridiculouse staff Manager Sam and other staff member Anisha both are helpless. Don't believe what they promise never do that. We have been told that we surely be getting our beds by this Monday 21 June or Tuesday 22 June. Now when I rang to find the status they are telling they will try to send the on Friday 25 June. I explained them that our friends are coming on 26 June when we placed the order on 6 June. Really disappointed with the service. Never recommending to anyone, they need more specialised staff. They don't value for even 1 star. Not to believe what they promise never do that.

The worst customer service you can ever under sky. Deserves 0 stars if there was such a option. Pure racist and unethical people. Today we went into the shop to look for a lounge for our new house. Our six years old was with us who got told off by one of the guys at shop, literally screamed at him for touching one of the lounge set. My son had done nothing and was only few steps behind me. When I approached the guy who shouted at my son and told him I don't appreciate ppl screaming at my kid and if he really had any concerns he should be talking to the parents. Instead of apologizing or at least calming the situation down, the response I got was that we treat all kids the same in the shop. Hello I don't how you treat kids back in Asia (China) but in Australia no parents will take their kids being screamed at for no reason. When I approached the shop owner (bald guy) his reaction was the same and we were told to leave the shop. Guys pls don't go to this shop unless you wanted to be treated like this. Word of mouth is very important and I will be making sure I am doing my half and spreading this to everyone in my family, friends and social media. Worst customer service under the Sky. You have spoiled our weekend my six year old is still terrified and scared after what happen.
