Sue's team supplied and installed 200sqm of engineered timber floors in our new home. Their rates were lowest in the market and the installation was done with high quality and completed on the date promised. We will use them again for our next property.

Really bad experienced! I was told them need to "pack' my floor before put new flooring on and the guy who came to inspect my house agree to do it and make sure everything will done as he said. Two guys came to install flooring were very rush and never check which area need to pack before put the flooring, paid extra money to remove skirting but a lot of them were all damaged while they remove it. After all done, I called them and said there has noise from the floor and asking them to come back for service or fix them, the lady told me nothing they can do about it. nothing was like they told me before i choose them.

Huge warehouse of timber choices , the best part was they didn't declined for retail customer unlike others.
