I would like to leave a review about Hassan first, the excellent staff at Deco Rug Auburn. He showed his consistency from the beginning to the end explaining pissible different products with its strengths/weaknesses. Hassan also fully supported me to get all things done properly by following up the status by phone and text. He really does know how to take care of his customers. The company is very lucky to have him there. Thanks again Hassan. The second person I would like to thanks to is Gerad, who came to fix things around by spending all day. He is real professional with friendliness and kindness with confidence. Big Thanks again to Gerad.

Review: The team at Decorug Auburn are an absolute standout! I walked into the store window shopping a month ago. I ended up going with them to do the flooring in my apartment as well as buying the rugs for my new place. From the get go they were kind, very knowledgeable , understood my needs and guided me with my needs always going above and beyond. Im very picky when it comes to customer service and quality and they ensured I was always happy. I received a very bespoke customer service from Hassan regularly checking that everything was going well with the installers. Even on his days off he answered my queries. The installers were professionals and did an outstanding job. I get compliments on the flooring every time someone comes in. Decorug Auburn was the most affordable when compared to Carpet Court and Carpet Call etc. Hassans expertise, customer service, and passion really stood out and made the difference for me. From start to finish, he guided me flawlessly through the selection process, ensuring I found the perfect flooring solution. His knowledge and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional. Mick and Sarah have also been amazing helping me through the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Decorug Auburn; outstanding store to anyone seeking top-notch service at the best flooring store at a very affordable price. Quality at an affordable price.
