20180920 - A video of your behaviour and the way you insulated me, and told me you will breaking my neck is available and I will provide it to the Centre Manager for their reference. I did not disturb your shop neither the Centre. You big lair. 20180908 - Even 1 star is to much. Saleswoman and the the person was calling himself as the shop owner, very disrespectful, unprofessional, rude and very bad customer service. The owner threated me that he will be breaking my neck if I leave a comment in here. Really disappointed to even went to this shop.

I've purchased several rugs from here and every time the customer service is very professional and helpful. The quality and variety of the rugs themselves is what puts them above compeditors. Highly recommend.

This company does not even deserve a 1 Star rating the person who deals with customer queries is a very disrespectful person very unhelpful and rude. All smiles till you have purchased an item, then when you ask for assistant they refuse to help, will never do business with them again.

I abosloutly loved the service. Attentive, professional and very helpful. Listened to what I was looking for, showed me differnt rugs and options to choose from. I ended up purchasing two rugs as I was in love with the fantastic quality, the prices were great and in my budget. Very satisfied
