Easily the most welcoming experience I've had with a mechanic. Lovely family business and very professional. I moved to Canberra just a couple of weeks ago, and after a thorough search I booked my van for a service with Mitchell Auto Centre besed on the positive reviews. I couldn't be happier with the service. Very attentive and thorough, and they explained everything clearly. Answered all my questions and took great care of my beloved van. Thank you!

Exceptional customer service and communication. I brought my car in for a routine service. They called regularly to give updates on what works needed to be done and confirmed prices before going ahead. When I picked it up, Sue explained everything to me in plain language so I was able to understand. They also keep excellent record so when I booked for the next service, they were able to know right away what I was enquiring about. Would absolutely recommend to friends, family, and may even accost random strangers on the street to let them know Mitchell Auto Centre is the place to go for their car servicing needs :D

I called this morning to book in to have a loud rattle/knocking in my Territory's engine diagnosed. I spoke with Allan who advised that it would be at least a week before they could diagnose the issue, and potentially weeks beyond that to fix whatever issues they might find. Despite this, he spent more than a few minutes discussing the symptoms, and gave me advice on what I could check/test to diagnose in the hope that it was something less complicated (and expensive...). What do you know? Based on his advice, I was able to find the problem myself (blown pulley bearing) and fix it. Thank you so much, Allan! It speaks volumes that you would do take the time to help me over the phone. The ol' Territory is due for some matinenance work, and I will happily be booking it in to you in the near future.
