Con looked after me from the get go, and coming from someone who doesn't know much about the ins and outs of cars (and also as a woman, which unfortunately has a potential for people to assume lack of knowledge and result in that being taken advantage of) this was really important to me. The first time I used his business he kept me in the loop about work that was required and helped me understand where/how/why he was sourcing the parts that he was. More importantly though, a few weeks after my first visit a second unrelated problem occurred with my car which had me have to tow it to a transmission mechanic. Low and behold I happened to come across a great one a few weeks prior - Braddon Transmisions. I showed up unannounced with an un-driveable car (quite literally we had to push it into the shop) and with an insurance job for him to which he made the time for. And this was despite already having a full shop full of hail damaged repair jobs already. And again, he helped me understand what was wrong with it and communicated this to my insurance provider very clearly as well. 10/10 would recommend :-)
