ago We buy a vehicle, and this was hands down the best vehicle purchase transaction we've ever had. Morris is an excellent communicator, went over and above in terms of customer. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Thanks again, and all the best.We were in contact with a couple of other dealerships before getting in contact with Morriss. We chose to go with Morris as he was so nice and professional to deal with. We felt we received a better approach than the other dealership,we will definitely go back to Morris when upgrading the car again.

Service department unprofessional and discourteous. I have been placed on hold and leaving messages to request you contact me since 5 days ago 10/11/22 (the exception is your lovely lady at the switch board who was feeling very embarrassed by your behaviour- she has left you multiple messages marked urgent, which you have ignored, this includes the manager) I gave you the benefit of the doubt and went there in person, expecting to see a very busy service department with stressed out workers. There was 1 other customer in the service department, who was seen to. I was asked to sit on the couches and wait for Lachlan. I get it, everyone's busy out back. I sat waiting patiently. Lachlan came down the stairs... and proceeded to chat and giggle with the female worker in the brown jumpsuit with his back to me, my presence not even acknowledged (I'm the only person on a bright red couch in the middle of the display floor- not really inconspicuous, people!). There was no "Are you being looked after?"... nothing. I sat and waited for a while - maybe it was important?.... yeah-nah, it wasn't. It was social! This was the equivalent of being placed on hold in person! All you needed was the billboard and the dancing girls singing 'You are a nobody, cos your car is out of warranty'. Message received and understood- I quietly left. Overpriced, service minimal, poor customer relations. Considering I have found my Nissan Navara not a very reliable product....not much going for you, guys!
