My partner and I bought out first car with the help of Shania. We were nervous about purchasing our first car but luckily Shania was extremely helpful and very friendly. We will definitely be recommending her to our friends.

Got work to do here as neither manager nor junior sales staff knew the Haval range. These will be top selling cars for years so it's surprising to see a manager that doesn't think much about that brand or staff that aren't properly trained in the models and variants.

I cannot describe to you how poor the service is here. My parents bought a Haval from Shania, but talked to other salespeople here too. From promised discounts that they try to back out on, telling us the car is a different year model to what it actually is, tardiness in printing the wrong contract with the wrong $ figure TWICE and blaming it on someone else, talking down to & interrupting my parents... But the cherry on the cake is that they think it's legal to take all your money as listed on the contract without providing any of the extras listed on the contract. They are literally just after your money for a sale. The after sale care is horrendous, with no (or very little) response to follow ups when we try time after time. We were promised mats the day after we got the car... It's been over a month now, with no sign of them, and now they're just avoiding us. There has been no sense of responsibility or accountability, much less a "sorry" or anything of the sort. We are still waiting on almost all the extras, and have no faith that they will be delivered, as we then realised that when we bought a Kia off them 3ish years ago, we were also meant to get car mats which we never got. Shania is knowledgeable in cars, but God does she have incredibly poor customer service skills. I'm appalled at how she talks to my parents, aged 50+. Give this store a BIG SKIP. Buy LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. I've had a great experience Mazda Belconnen, just across the road. Or go to another GWM.
