Money Jar Concept

Put simply, I don't understand numbers or financial things... my brain has a total block when it comes to this stuff. John was able to explain things in a way that made sense to me. He's been super patient and made the process of refinancing my loan really easy. I was comfortable with him from the get-go because of his transparent approach and willingness to take the time to talk me through things. And when I got that glazed look in my eyes, he would gently guide me back to the task at hand and made sure I understood what was going on. I would highly recommend John and his services especially if you struggle to understand financial lingo like yours truly.

I really appreciated John's professionalism, his constant open communication (even while on holidays!!!!) and also his humour. What I really loved about John's advice was his honesty and his preparedness to tell us what we didn't want to hear, to help protect our family from unexpected events like multiple rate hikes. When searching for a home loan you need to be able to rely on someone you can trust to be able to present all the options available and give you the right information to make the right decisions. John is able to do all of this and more. He was able to answer the myriad of questions and provide guidance to best products and solutions tohelp us save money and pay off our home sooner. Its great that John is local, knows the area and the market and is an ex Bank employee himself so has a great deal of expertise in this area. We juggled selling, buying and a simultaneous settlement all in a falling market so had to move fast. John was all over it and we got our finance approval really quickly and everything went through without any issues. We highly recommend John, and will most certainly be keeping in touch.
