This is my third experience with Toby, and I am always grateful for his patience, the prompt answers he gives to my questions and how easy he makes the process of getting a mortgage or refinancing. He always gives his honest opinion with regard to the institution chosen and uses his own experiences to give advice. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Toby to anyone who was looking for a mortgage broker. He goes above and beyond to help you. His easygoing manner is a major part of why he is so good to deal with. I dont have very wide knowledge of finance and he is so patient.
