Walked in and the staff were so friendly and lovely so I really wanted to like this place! The food tasted good but there is serious lack of attention to detail here... Firstly there was long hair wrapped around one of our Vietnamese spring rolls. I turned a blind eye, took it off and continued to eat it without telling the staff understanding that accidents happen. We ordered a plate of prawn spring rolls but some of them were definitely not prawn. All the spring rolls were piping hot except one stone cold one...! Then as if the above was not already bad enough, there was a live worm crawling on our lettuce we got to wrap the spring rolls!! I showed the staff and they were very sorry about it, apologised a few times and gave us 10% off. I feel bad writing a bad review especially since they were really nice but there were just too many strikes for me and I think they really just need to improve on their hygiene and take better care of how they handle their food!
