I picked Adrian from a line up of trainers from Fitness First years ago. He had the best body so I picked him as a trainer. Best way to get results is the right advice. The techniques he showed me were so good that I didnt leave drenched in sweat, he just knows how to get results. I got some great results before my wedding and he was a pleasure to be trained by. Highly recommend him. He is down to Earth and doing what he loves.

Theres a reason Adrian gets all these raving reviews. Always going above and beyond for all his clients. Over the last year Adrian has taught me so much about myself and helped direct me into a lifestyle I wish I had earlier. Adrian is always there for any questions no matter if it seemed silly to me or not. Absolutely recommend, what a journey weve had!

I first started seeing Adrian in about 2019/2020. With the world being in shambles, I had to stop seeing him. In mid 2022 I bit the bullet and reached out to him and its been a game changer. This man has been pushing me past what I thought were my limits and has passed on so much knowledge in relation to training, nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle in such a short period. Im glad Im training with this legend coz hes having such a positive impact on my life.
