I love this gym and the community that I've become a part of since I joined about 4 months ago. Uwe and Trish are wonderful trainers with so much knowledge!!! They know how to modify exercises to suit all levels (I need that ). I don't mind enjoying a coffee and chat at the end of class too. What amazes me is that you can go every day and never do the same thing twice. Uwe writes all the programs. I get bored easily so I really appreciate the variety. But the very best thing about this gym is the fact its huge with heaps of equipment, no getting a spray from someone else's sweat, nor getting on someone else's sweaty equipment. Got to LOVE that!

I started CFD in late January this year with having next to no experience and a very low fitness level. I started in a group class with other people from my company. The classes were amazing and after the first few sessions (getting used to good pain from exercising) I became more and more addicted. Then Covid came, so once restrictions allowed I moved to PT with Uwe and have truly come so far. Uwe continuously pushes me to get the best out of me, taking time to teach me each exercise and what its doing for my body. I have learnt so much about fitness and learnt a lot more about myself and how far I can push myself. Uwe & Trish (& Cronk) are friendly and always welcoming. I rarely review businesses but this one has honestly changed my life (sounds corny, but it's true) I recommend it for anyone in and shape or size because when I started I had both! Thanks guys
