Perfect Timber Floors

Floors are cracking and make such loud noises. Had them out several times to be told its all normal. We kept pushing as something wasn't right, had an actual flooring inspector out to be advised that the flooring has not been installed correctly which causes the noises. Worst company to deal with, go elsewhere!

Flooring installed through a volume builder, flooring has been crackling. After I managed to get a hold of someone (this took months) the were very unhelpful and did not want to take responsibility, I have had numerous disputes over the matter and they still deny any responsibility, do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

After living in a new build for 18 months they came out to repair lifting boards, some were broken in the process and have been replaced with boards that have a completely different texture, they will not listen that the boards are different and are claiming the rough texture has worn smooth over 18 months through the entire boarded area, even areas that have seen no foot traffic or been cleaned. If these boards have worn smooth in 18 months from air flow alone then they are clearly the worst quality laminate in existence and will be worn away in another year.

Initially, fantastic to deal with. Came out and inspected our damaged floors. However, since then, absolutely horrendous. We had a leak which resulted in damaged floors. As mentioned they were quick to assess and confirm replacement. A person came and started replacing our damaged floor. Half way through replacing the damaged floor, it was noticed the colours were not the same. On the day, we were told we would be contacted about whether the entire floor is replaced or they could match the colour. Silence followed from PFT. Until I called to find out what was happening just prior to christmas. Was informed i would have an answer prior to close of business. We are now in March and have heard absolutely nothing from PFT. We are barely 25min from shop and offered to make this as easy as possible to organise work. But we have received silence and neglect.
