        Completely rude and unhelpful. Called to make an enquiry and was told that a sales rep would contact me for further details. When I called back 6 hours later, another lady Nawee ( had an accent), was very rude and I wanted to know if a particular bamboo (coffee), had certification as we are worried about the resins used being toxic. All she could say is that the information is on the website. When I pointed out the facts, etc... she got irritated and refused to put me on to someone else who could answer a very important detail. She hung up on me. Very unprofessional and frankly cant believe that a company would hire such a rude and unhelpful person.
