Wanted to purchase a vehicle from this company but Martin wanted me to give a deposit before he could give me the car. The deposit is fine, it's the fact that he didn't get me to sign any contract or paperwork beforehand. Legally any business has to do a contract for all parties to agree and share the terms and conditions and agreement etc. With this company, I was told to give 1.5k and come pick up the vehicle within two days. Not to mention I didn't even get a test drive or inspect the vehicle as I had to pay a deposit before I could do these things. So I didnt bother moving forward with this company. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying from this company as all I got was "give me the 1.5k" and we will prepare the car for you. No communication about the history of the car, no apology for me offering to do the right thing. I just feel that it is right to know what I'm getting myself into. Why should I send you the money if I don't have any paperwork to back up the purchase? I could pay them money and next thing you know they just take it. I can't call the police because I don't have evidence. I tried to explain to Martin that I can't trust him and all is said was "don't bother getting the car". I offered to come to the company, sign the paper work then pay the deposit in cash upfront. However Martin said you would have to give the deposit, which I felt uncomfortable with doing as I hadn't completed any documents. He said as soon as I send the deposit he can prepare everything for me. But why shouldn't I send you money if I haven't signed a contract of some sort? I said I can come into the company and do the paperwork there but all he said was to send the deposit to him and every time I spoke over the phone he just over talk me and say "this isn't how things work" terrible communication with your customer in my opinion. Because on my end I didn't really understand him and I felt really hostile.
