Fantastic experience and nothing was too much trouble. I was looking for an honest, X- Trail as a first car for my son. Living in Country Victoria I wanted to be assured the advertised car was as described and over the phone Sam provided an honest appraisal and description which meant I could travel the 3 hours in confidence to inspect and test drive. Joseph had the car ready with RW and the vehicle was as described. The purchase process was smooth and relaxed - the team were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend North Point Auto. 5 Stars.

Joseph is probably the best car salesman I've ever met. He doesn't lie to you, or twist stories around to get a sale. My experience with Northpoint was exemplary, I would recommend anyone go see them for a quality, completely checked over vehicle. Great work guys

I bought a Kia Cerato off Sam & Joseph. It was the most easy and simple process Ive experienced buying a car. The guys were very helpful in catering to my needs and what suited within my budget, were very accomodating to times I could view the car & I felt comfortable the whole way through.
