DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS!!!! THEY WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING AND SCAM YOU I am still in complete stock at the lack of care and respect these guys showed towards my belongings. When booking in with a removalist people are trusting and hoping they take the time to look after their things. That was NOT what I encountered through these removalists. Upon arrival I had made sure all belongings were packed and ready for the moves. I wanted to make this job as streamlined as possible. However these guys still managed to destroy the care I can put into looking after my things. - these guys threw all moving boxes and bags with such force - they damaged numerous pieces of furniture - they damaged a lamp that was passed down by relatives who are no longer with us. My grandmother would be turning in her grave if she saw the state in which they left my lamp - they left a 7inch scratch on the wall while moving the fridge of my brand new apartment - they rushed the entire move as they were clearly trying squeeze in as many jobs as they could for that day I confronted these guys with the above and they lied and denied everything while using aggressive and rude language. I had enough and decided to escalate the issue with Air Tasker and to their surprise they LOST this dispute. Thank you to the team at Air Tasker for putting these guys in their place. DO NOT EVER USE THESE GUYS TO MOVE YOUR ITEMS!!!! THEY WILL DESTROY EVERYTHING AND SCAM YOU
