Amazing gift hampers

We have been customers of iPantry for years and have ordered from them intermittently. However, this is the last time I'll be ordering from them. I ordered a set meal for 2 pax, two pantry items and a gift for my husband from the website on 10/2, Friday for Valentine's Day. It was only on Valentine's Day morning, that I received only half the order, with the V Day's items missing. I wrote to them and got refunded, saying that they are out of stock! However, on the website currently, it's still in stock! They had Monday to inform me if it's OOS, but no, waited till I got in touch to let me know. Now thanks to iPantry, I have to go out and hunt for a V Day present and dinner. Never again.

I wish I had read these reviews BEFORE placing an order!!!!!! 5 days post order (after booking same day deliver) and still waiting for goods to arrive- your lack of service is actually impacting other business reputation as a result of your incompetence.

Do not use them for time sensitive cakes, ordered a cake for a 30th one week prior to event, no delivery on the day, called 5 times, no answer or call back, at 5pm an email informing me they weren't going to deliver and item is out of stock, they fail to realize cakes are organised for birthdays and events some how and if they can't deliver due to their failures as business owners as decent humans they should communicate to their customers with as much time as possible to fix their failures, arrogant and incompetent

Don't ever trust these guys!!!!They don't pay their suppliers. 1 star is the lowest it will rate or else i would rate lower
