I just got my bar trolley from ByRoyale and I love it. I bought it online and it was an interstate delivery to Perth. They continuously communicated with me the whole time which put me at ease. The bar trolley looks amazing and just like the photos. I'm so happy with my bar trolley and would definetely buy from them again.

I purchased an item online and needed help using a coupon code. I contacted customer service - Andrew was a wonderful help and promptly resolved. The item is perfect. Couldn't be happier.

Buyer beware! I bought a pair of salad servers from this shop and on the first use they fell apart. When I returned them, the shop assistant denied me a refund, made me speak to the manager Mr. Andrew on the phone who accused me of intentionally destroying the product. This business should not be allowed to operate as they do not follow basic consumer law. Proceed with caution here.
