Great open showroom with plenty of stock on display. Salesperson was a bit inexperienced. When I asked her what the difference was between a top spec and a mid spec mattress, she told me one was a higher grade than the other! That's stating the obvious, she couldn't explain why one was worth more than the other. More training required for the salespeople.

Only happened to pull into the Dandenong store by chance when looking for a couch & fell in love. Customer service was great, selection well above competitors in quality/ price. Re-visited the South wharf store before purchase, again customer service 10/10. Couch delivered this AM, 2 days prior notice of arrival, 1 day notice of arrival & 3 notices on day of arrival. Super happy- quality is amazing. Product feels well above what you see at other stores
