I was served by a lovely girl named Miranda I believe (black short hair). My necklace broke in the shopping centre and I popped into the store and she looked up my name in the system and replaced my necklace with a brand new one because it was still under warranty. She was so friendly I would recommend going to her and she even showed me other jewellery which I ended up purchasing for a Christmas gift this year. Definitely ask for her !!!

Worst customer experience ever!!! Visited there to look for a necklace for my family. the staff is way below average, rolling her eyes, not willing to answer my questions and laugh at me and my family when we asked some information about their product. When we asked the staff to help us open the display cabinet as we want to try some necklace, they simply ignored us and go talk with their colleagues instead. I would like to know why are we treated so rudely and why should we as customers be humiliated among the staff? WORST OF THE WORST, NO 1 WORST SHOP IN MELBOURNE.
