I recently had my engagement ring remodeled and my mums engagement ring resized. My whole experience with Holdsworth Jewelers was so wonderful and amazing. All the staff who looked after me were so caring and lovely. The ladies that looked after me when i explained how i wanted my engagement ring to be remodeled really took the time to understand what i wanted and got it exactly right. When i picked up my ring i was so impressed with the quality of my remodeled ring that i also purchased a new wedding ring to go with my remodeled engagement ring. The quality of my rings and the staff that work in this store is so impressive and top level. They made this experience for me very exciting and special. Tim Holdsworth and all the store staff are knowledgeable, friendly and make selecting pieces really special. Shanice at Eastland made choosing something for a significant birthday so enjoyable, and that experience really adds something intangible to the joy the jewellery itself will bring. Holdsworth is a family owned and run business, and that is at the core of what encapsulates the care, attention and passion that they provide. Without a dobut, a key attirbute of Holdsworth is their manger Tania. Amazing! I first met Tania walking into the store enquirying about the possibility of making a favoured ring in more valuable stones and setting. From that first encounter, Tania has been a wonderful, warm, friendly and knowledgable voice for what is now a developing jewel range and collection for me. Tania is honest in her relfection of what would and wouldn't work, based on size of your fingers/hands and colour of skin tone. She will always provide valuable feedback. As I have got to know Tania more, she has also learned more of what works for me. I love too that she allows the opportuntiy to try on a variety of items to see what suits. Tania even helped to redesign a loved ring into something that look great into something that looked amazing.
