        If you're booking an appointment, make sure you get a written confirmation. I was referred to Dr Forlanos by my GP. When I called to make an appointment, receptionist told me there is a 3 month wait but if I book with Dr Chan the wait time is only 1 month. So I booked with Dr Chan. Comes my appointment day and I'm told that I am not showing on their system and the next available is next month!!! and the receptionist was not even genuinely apologetic.
