I contacted them to book an appoinment 3month ago. I had to stay on the line for long time to get their answer and eventhough I have passed them my referrals they couldn't even find it. Anyhow it took me two weeks to book an appoinment for 6June which was two month later. I contacted them 5th June to check my time and the location I had to go. Again It took me several times try to talk to them. Surprisingly they couldn't find my appointment and after long time searching they found my appointment somewhere else. But they said I cannot go to this appointment and it is canceled. So they gave me another one for one month after. I am not quite sure if I can see the doctor this time. I should tell that I am not even booked with Dr Fourlanso and it is somebody else. I have had my MRI and ther tests ready but looks like I need to renew them
