Went here back in March 2023 to get my annual eye test as I had previously gone elsewhere and I was getting constant headaches from my prescription. The optometrist I had (cant remember his name!) was so lovely. After the test it turns out my prescription was too strong, hence the headaches. He also recommended a multi focal to help with this. After wearing my new glasses for a few months, the clarity is so much better than my previous pair and no more headaches! The other staff members were also lovely and left me to browse at my leisure when picking frames. The frames in store are also awesome, almost too many to pick from! I was very happy with my experience and will be back next year!

Thom helped me pick my glasses and made sure i was happy with them, took the time and made me feel like a VIP, I genuinely believe its hard to get good customer service these days but i was super impressed with Thom's attitude and effort to making sure i was happy with my decision! Thank you!!

I actually felt pressured into purchasing more than I felt I needed. And they advertised $249 for 3 pairs but somehow I ended up paying almost $500 for add ons and I still do t have a breakdown of what I was actually charged for. Quite disappointing.

I highly recommend this shop! The staffs absolutely amazing - from the front deal to the optometrist herself, everyone is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They provided excellent eye care and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment!

Very friendly, helpful staff and optometrists. I needed cataract surgery so they couldn't supply me with glasses as they wouldn't have changed anything. I was a bit worried as i couldn't afford private surgery but i was assured i could still have it done at no cost and they did all the work for me referring me to the whomever handled public health care or the hospital and i just had to wait for a letter explaining what was next. The letter arrived and said i had been placed on the waiting list. What a relief and i didn't have to call or email anyone asking how i went about things. I did wait a year and a half to get my first appointment as because of Covid elective surgery was backlogged but I've had my left eye done and, WOW! What a difference. Just waiting now for a date to have my other eye done. Really, thank you so very much Oscar Wylee for doing all the groundwork for me. UPDATE Had right cataract removed. Both eyes 20/20 vision. Just need reading glasses. Chose 2 nice pairs. Staff very nice and helpful. I went to the Westfield Fountain Gate shopping centre store. Give them a try.
