        One word condescending. We have been customers of OPSM for years. Never once we were late for the appointment. One day!!! Due to traffic and then waiting for the front desk lady tried talking to the optometrist as well. Initially the front desk lady told me that the optometrist is busy with another patient. I asked her if we are 10 -15 mins late and you are telling us that the optometrist will not see us how come she is with another patient already? I tried reasoning citing when I had to wait their response was classic sometimes you wait for 10 mins that is why we have that 10 mins leewayWonderful!!!
