Received an unsolicited telephone call from Lee regarding a property sold in my street. I did not provide my details to the company and apparently was in their database". I would be interested to know the data source for their ""database" as it wasn't provided to them by me. He also phoned my partner numerous times. He is listed as a nuisance caller on Number Lookup website. I would strongly suggest Belle Property review their business processes and remove this practice.

Mark Watkins is one of the worst vendor agents I have ever had the experience of witnessing in action. A property we were interested in was open for inspection. My husband visited to view it and make an offer; it was an investment so we were sure about it and the price was good. Mark advised the vendor had already had an offer on Monday (but it was not accepted yet), so the vendors should consider that offer and make a decision, BEFORE he would put any other offers to them. In real estate, when you have multiple offers, do you not put both? He refused to take my husbands details - did not take down his phone number even. I called him to make an offer, but he was still insistent that the first offer was the one the vendors should consider and decide upon first, even though ours was 10k more and unconditional. I have never experienced a real estate agent who did not want multiple offers or to start a bidding war, or who does not take down details at an open. Incredible!
