We moved into Mount Waverley three years back in a property managed by Kristen Hilliker. She was extrememly responsive and supportive right from the day I met her. She has always been prompt in addressing all issues related to the property and its maintenance even during pandemic times. The propoerty was handed over to us in clean state with all the things in working order. She is extrememly professional and passionate about her work. We are thankful to her for helping us kickstart our life in Australia which wouldn't have possible without Kristen's help. Highly recommend her.

We moved in Mount Waverley 8 months back in a rental property. We have worst experience with McGrath agency in Glen Waverley specially Kay its been 8 months there is no light in the Garage and backyard and so many other issues need to be fixed but no update from Kay? I told her so many times but the problem is still there. I will never recommend them to anyone.
