I've worked clinically in healthcare for nearly 30 years. I've been a healthcare consumer for over 50 years. I've been surrounded by medicos virtually every day of my entire life since being born. DR ALAN CUNNEEN was by far the worst experience I've had with a provider. I booked a 20 minute slot to take care of a couple things that would take about that amount of time. Despite booking that amount of time, coming in very prepared, and literally providing an SBAR handover, he seemed hell bent on getting rid of me ASAP. He behaved very annoyed that he was being asked to do some ACTUAL doctoring. He was interruptive, argumentative, and condescending. Simply put, he was being a complete jerk. His behaviour was appalling for anyone, let alone a medical professional. He seemed to use his position of power to bully and create a situation where it was impossible for anyone to speak up. All simply because he was frustrated and didn't want to do his job. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with this... I was gonna say man, but.. child. That's how he acted.

Even though Alan was running really behind schedule he was good to my son and pleasure during the appointment.

Shocking experience. Over 3 hours wait for pre booked telehealth appt. Had to call 4 times. Told 2 different stories about what the issue was.... Inluding dr culleen doesnt make his telehealth calls until end of day after f2f patients.... What a crock if the offer online bookings throughout the day. They ended up changing the doctor who seemed to have no access.
