5 star review for Dr Eva Herold. Dr Herold managed my health concerns for over a decade, I have found her caring, able to listen and respond thoughtfully. Highly recommended for mature age customers.

Dr Jennifer Sharpe is the best GP I've been to in my life. Takes her time with your consult, is very holistic (focuses on your whole body), talks through lifestyle factors that might be causing issues such as stress and family history. I've never been to a GP who gives this much attention and care to their patients.

Came in for pathology was sent away by reception to buy a mask which is fine what ever, but what upset me is seeing the unfriendly receptionist hand out a mask to the next person who asked. Tbh, it's not the first time im coming to this clinic to be greeted with unfriendly reception staff.

I been here few times and always the issues Is I have to wait every time more than 30 minutes for my appointment. As today same thing happen as my appointment was late by 40 minutes and I was waiting and waiting all other patients gone but my turn didnt came even I remind twice to the receptionist they keep saying you are next one I had to leave the appointment without seeing doctor as I had to rush to pick up my kids to school . If they cant value the peoples time its not worth keeping an appointment every 10 min difference if you cant see the patient on time . Waiting 10-15 minutes is ok sometimes but over 40 minutes people get frustrated and they have their time valuable to do things. Also when you get there 5 minutes late sometime they push your appointment back but they never realised they make people wait over 40 minutes after their appointment time. No respect and not value people time and no sorry or apologise to patient. Not worth it and not going back again
